Respite / Sitting Service

This service is designed to offer respite to Carers who need to know that the person they provide care for has a friendly companion in the Carer’s absence.

Admin Service

A support worker will offer help to Service Users who need assistance with paperwork i.e. correspondence, bills, form completion, arranging appointments, writing letters, etc. Service Users can also be supported with debt reduction, creditors can be contacted, payment plans can be arranged, Direct debits and Standing orders can be set up.

Shopping Service

Service Users will be offered support to do their shopping or a list can be given to the Support Worker and the shopping will be done for them.

Direct Payments may be available or services can be self-funded.
