Service Users meet up every Monday and decide what they would like to do.
Choices include a therapeutic orientated outing such as a walking group in the surrounding area, visiting places of worship or learning and discussion groups.
They also choose social outings such as sea-side visits, bowling, cinema, meals out, and visits to surrounding areas of interest.
They are supported, empowered and mentored by a staff member lead.
Service Users are also offered get-togethers at Easter and Christmas. The Christmas party in December 2018 was extremely successful, with Service Users taking part in quizzes and competitions, and enjoying a Christmas buffet.
Every Service User who attended was given a Christmas present. The afternoon was thoroughly enjoyed by Service Users and staff, and will be repeated in December 2019.
